Week Three: Abundance
During your practices this week, you’ll welcome a new energetic blueprint that supports abundance in your being. You’ll inquire as to your own systems and constructs regarding abundance, and cultivate an awareness of your entire being as a place of nourishment and wholeness. You’ll learn that the architecture of your breathing can create feelings of fullness and poise within your being. You’ll create more coherence in your brain, so that in your interactions, you’re sharing your inner state of balanced calm.
